  • UHMWPE Pipes

    Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a kind of engineering thermoplastics with more than 2 million viscosity-average molecular weight, under the polymerization of ethylene, butadiene monomer in the catalyst. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe has the superior performance such as very high wear resistance, impact resistance, excellent resistance to internal pressure strength, resistance to environmental stress cracking, eminent self-lubricating, anti-adhesion, the unique low temperature resistance, good chemical stability and so on, and it is widely used in metallurgical mines, electric power, petroleum, natural gas, textiles, paper making, food, chemical industry, machinery, electrical and other industries.

  • HDPE Pipes

    High-density polyethylene pipe(HDPE pipe) is made from high density polyethylene as the main raw material, adding a small amount of antioxidants, Anti-UV absorbers and pigments.

    HDPE pipe can be widely applied to below fields:

    2. To transport natural gas & coal gas

    HDPE pipe's outer diameter is from 20 mm to 800 mm, and its wall thickness is 2.3 mm to 57.3 mm mainly.

  • Casting Grinding Steel Ball

    Casting Grinding Steel Ball is made from well-matched scrap iron and ferrochromium, heated by medium frequency electric furnace and smelted into molten iron. When the temperature of molten iron reaches into 1500°C, then pouring it into ball mould. Casting Ball is formed. Then use Sand Slinger to do Surface Treatment for Casting Balls. Last, heat treatment of casting ball. Feed the Oil Quenching Production Line with casting balls, and heated up to 960°C. Keep casting balls in the machine for 6 hours. Once finished heating, then put the balls into special quenchant(a kind of quenching liquid). Keep the Balls fully sink into the quenchant for 10 minutes. Grinding Steel Ball with the above manufacturing process is called Casting Grinding Steel Ball.
